After applying online, I had a short "technical assessment" phone call with a consultant, where I was asked two brain teaser questions. I didn't think I did very well, but I think they are more interested in how you're able to talk through the problem than getting to the solution. Soon after I had 3 30-minute interviews with managers/directors. They spent a lot of time talking about the company, and got asked a few experience-related questions but it was almost all behavioral. Lastly there was a 30-minute call with a partner, where I was encouraged to ask questions about them. I received an offer a few days later, but I ended up declining.
