Il processo di selezione si suddivide in 4 parti: screening dei Cv, call motivazionale, assessment di gruppo per testare le soft skills e infine colloquio individuale con il manager per testare le hard skills. è un processo molto lungo ma visti il numero molto elevato dei candidati lo reputo adeguato.

Easy Excel and logic test were the first steps, followed by and HR interview, that went smooth and easy, and they told me I would have a second one in 2 weeks. I was even told to expect an invite.. Surprisingly, I never received any response, email or feedback after this, even after I followed up twice.
