Entrevista
I had an on-campus interview scheduled through my University's career center. It involved two half-hour interviews with two Associate Product Managers. Most of the questions gave you a product and you had to explain your ideas for how to improve or design the product.

applied through internal referral rejected after r2
r1: product sense, a couple general questions: what is a good pm and how do you embody those traits + 1 case question: design an app for flight experiences
r2 (2 rounds back to back): didn't do well on the first one (design an app for launching autonomous buses for public transportation) , second one went well (explain websites vs apps for ppl who are not technically adept + design a fridge for people who are colorblind)--> rejected

Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 6 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Google (Zúrich)

Many delays and waiting times. Outsourced most of their HR staff. For simple rejection, you wait months. A lengthy process with too much competition and high expectations. The selection process was very poorly conducted in terms of many people going through unnecessary interviews.
