I applied at around 6:00 am and actually received a responding phone call at 6:45am. I called him back at 7 am and it was a nice conversational phone interview. He said the job isn't concrete yet and they were just setting up. He did say Goodwill likes to employ disabled and the disadvantaged which is nice to hear but a question I opted out of. He said he would call me back if the project was picked up but did not hear back from him.
