After completing several interviews I was told that I was moving on to the next step. After a week of silence on their end, I received an email saying they were still looking at other candidates and would get back. Felt a bit unprofessional to say you'll move a candidate forward in an interview to turn around and state that was not the case. Didn't bother following up after that, not a company I would want to work for anymore.

First initial Recruiter phone screen to go over the job listing and my experience. Then a HM Interview over zoom. Finally a Team On-site interview where I interviewed with everyone on the team
