Submitted resume, then 2 zoom calls, then decision. 1st call was with President. Very general questions leading into detailed devotion of position and expectations, followed by side high level technical elaborative questions based on work history. 2nd call was with CIO and President. But more detailed with CIO picking your brain with more specificity. Both interviews were smooth, relaxed and 45 mins - 1hr. Received offer about a week later, by phone, with written offer & details emailed the following day.
