First, you start with a video interview which consists of 5 questions (4 competencies and 1 business related). If you progress, you get invited to an assessment centre with 3 rounds of interviews (30 mins each) back to back with the business.

The interview process involved online assessments, hirevue async interviews, and a super day with multiple back to back interviews. The interview process was straightforward and I believe it is standard for summer analysts.

Set up through a headhunter. Spoke over the phone with the hiring manager right away, then went in-person to meet with at least a half dozen people from talent acquisition and the engineering department.

There are four interview rounds for senior java developer. First interview round is a pure coding question. Second and third round is for assessing technical knowledge. Last round would be competency based round.
