Got a call from consultancy about job opportunity and interview scheduled. I discussed with consultancy hr about job expectations and salary discussion.
First round was coding round of 3 hours. Reached at 10, test started at 11. Results were declared at 3 PM. GL liked my solution and HR told me panel is happy to see your code and told me he would call me next week to schedule skype round with manager in US.
I got call next week from GL HR about salary discussion n next next technical round. He told he will call back after discussing with US manager for time slot. I kept chasing him for two months but he didn't reply.
Such unprofessional behaviour from such good organisation HR.
If they couldn't afford even my current package, he should have clearly told me that. Instead, he kept ignoring my calls. Not sure how companies hire such people for profiles which needs strong communication skills
Really felt bad about HR behaviour. Never going their office ever again

The interview was scheduled for 1 hour, but it started around 30 minutes late and lasted only about 20 minutes. The interviewer focused mainly on basic concepts like microservices and Java collections. However, the interaction felt rushed, and some questions were repeated multiple times. The overall experience could have been more structured and professional, with better communication and time management. Feedback was shared very quickly without much discussion.

I've had 2 bad technical interviews in my life, and both were in GlobalLogic. Two years ago it was an interview with 45 minutes of theory and 45 minutes of live coding with many different tasks. Now it has become even worse, I've had almost 1,5 hours of live coding and a little of theoretical questions. It's really the only company from my experience that practices so long live-coding sessions and even without any notifications about this.
