The interviewing process was almost a positive experience. I did not get the job but enjoyed talking to interviewers. "Almost" positive experience is because of the lack of follow up on the company side.If the decision is made to proceed with another candidate it should be communicated to other candidates who interviewed for the position. This is what is usually done by mature recruiting department.
