Four rounds of interviews starting with 2 recruiters. Then moved on to the HR recruiter which was then followed up with a Assessment test. Assessment was Algebra and Word comprehension and took about 45 minutes to complete. The final interview was with the hiring manager and team lead. They told me at the end of the interview that they would contact me in less than 2 weeks to provide a update. I was sent a message from the external recruiter that i had great experience just not what they were looking for. * No feedback as to why i didnt get the job * Little to no communication from the hiring team during the process * Took over 4 weeks to interview with 4 people. Way too long!!!
