The Hiring Process was quick once it got started. I had a phone interview with the Recruitment Head then a few days later I had a Panel Interview with the Training Leader and the HR Leader. Within 3 days, I received a job offer. These guys are efficient when they want to be. Also, watch out for the BGC (Background Check) process, they are really strict about that. Be honest about everything on your resume because they are deadly efficient at digging up the details. A Red Flag will cost you the Job Opportunity.
