usual process. telephonic then face to face interview then offer. they are not getting candidates even for the interview. people are coming and leaving because of very bad management. very bad work culture.

There were three rounds of interviews, the first round was technical round where the basics of all the major computer science subjects like DS, CN, Algorithm, OS, etc were being questioned. They focus more on CN, so you can expect more questions from it. The second round was based on C language and the third round was HR round which was just a formality.
