Zoom interview with the Area Director which took about 30-40 minutes. All standard questions. It felt more like a conversation. The focus was on handling challenging coworkers/families, and patient-care advocacy

3 phone interviews. 2 were with area director. Last was with administrators. Would have liked to meet team to help make decisions. Phone interview process was quick. No offer made until other interviews were done from other companies.

This couldn't even be called a "process". They have a guy named Ryan call you, you then go in for a quick tour and f2f, and then an offer comes in a few hours. Low ball offers and they just want a body in there. Needless to say I turned it down to stay in home health.

They asked how I felt about group therapy to hit the higher RUGs and "supplementing treatments", whatever that means. They have crazy high turnover and contract therapists in the Cape Coral and Ft. Myers locations. FYI..,they have some random clown in the gym do your drug test. BE CAREFUL! Barrington Terrace, EVANS, HERITAGE PARK REHAB AND HEALTHCARE are known for FRAUD as well. STAY CLEAR!
