Communicated with a few recruiters about the position a couple months before the position was posted in January and made it clear that I was interested in the position. Interviewed with the hiring manager directly via skype and was offered the position a few weeks after.
Interview questions were all behavioral, including standard questions about your background, why this company, why this position, etc.

Entrevista
Pretty Straight Forward. Asked a lot of behavioural type questions. Make sure you are confident about your resume and you know EVERY detail on there. They are looking for people that are very enthusiastic about the company. interviewed and got the offer the next day.
