Entrevista
To get into the SDP program it is a 3 step process. The first step is a phone call to talk about logistics, compensation, and a few BBI questions. The second interview is an hour and will be focused on intros, 5-6 BBI questions, and a "5 minute" sales role play. The third interview is with directors and managers and is very similar to the second interview but with a different sales role play at the end,

Tell me about a time you influenced an executive decision.
3 interviews were completed starting with a quick screening, a second interview, and a final interview. Process took over a month, which was a long time in my opinion for the role.

Entrevista
Interview process was not bad at all. They do leave out a lot of info about the realities of the role. They make the role seem as though there is a lot of opportunities to grow as well as progression through the program and that is not the case.

What skills do you have that you believe to be helpful to you being successful in this role?
3 stage interview process. 1st stage was a phone call with a recruiter. 2nd and 3rd stages were competency and character based questions focused around a career in sales and at Gartner.
