The interview process was very disorganized from the very first meeting, and the way that the HR person started the conversation was not professional and very casual. After the first mtg, the person did not send the information for the details of the next steps. After a couple of days later, I got details but very high level. Overall, it was very casual and not helpful at all for the candidate point of view.
