The initial interview with the recruiter was great. The second interview was not so great - I was drilled with questions, about half of which seemed irrelevant (like explaining the piece of business I work on), and was only asked to talk about my current role rather than my experience as a whole. My interviewer also didn’t offer a ton of information about the company and culture and when I asked I was given what felt like scripted answers. I also asked about work-life balance and was thrown a red flag with the answer (in short: they sign off late and have to sign back on to finish work almost every night). The interviewer gave no information about next steps and the company took about 3 business days to get back to me to let me know they were moving forward with other candidates.
