Me postulé en línea. Acudí a una entrevista en Gallup
Entrevista
There was an online applicaton, which was not very extensive in the area of employment history. It did include a talent survey. Next I received an email inviting me to do a phone interview. The phone interview went exactly how other reviews on this page said it would. As long as you are aware that the interviewer doesn't interact with you beyond asking the question and maybe saying "tell me more" or "give me an example", the process is not unnerving or cold. The questions ask about your level of motivation, how you think people should be paid, whether or not you are a leader, how to close a deal, is it better to have a one time big sale or a long term customer at a lower profit, name your biggest accomplishment, etc.... I interview a few days ago. I expect to hear whether I have a second phone interview or not in a few days. If I do, and it goes well, the next time is the in person interview. I have to select whether or not I got an offer, and still waiting is not an option....so for now, I am going to select yes...positive thinking ;-)

First took the online assessment in October. I was not contacted until December for a phone interview and scheduled it for the next day. The interview was uncomfortable, but they warn you about that. The questions were quite odd and you are not allowed to ask any questions at that stage of the process.
