Company is very flexible when it comes to marks/grades but very strict when it comes to educational institute. The company was on campus for the process and we had 3 rounds for the entire process & for a fresher they basically look for communication skills & ability , passion to solve problems & analystical skills.
1. Aptitude Test.

Pregunta 1
Case study based on sourcing & procuring Mobile phones for a MNC with 30K emplyoyees.
Round 1- Aptitude ( pretty easy )
Round 2 - Interview level 1 ( questions that test your basic understanding of the role ]
Round 3- Interview level 2 ( Questions based on a test case )
Round 4 - interview leave 3 and HR ( questions from your resume and problem solving questions followed by HR round)
The interviewer was polite and friendly throughout the interview. As it was my first interview, I was extremely nervous, which my interviewer understood and proceeded with care. The questions asked were good and can be answered with proper preparation about the role and the company. Make sure to back up whatever you say with evidence, and don't throw out loose words or sentences.

Tell me something about yourself which is beneficial to our company which is not in your resume?
The interview almost had 3 rounds, 2 technical based on Business and the role, first round was easy. Second round was also good with more like situational + technical questions.
