I met the GEICO recruiter at a job fair. Learned the basics about the position they were looking to fill. Was very interested. I was instructed to submit my resume to start the application process. I received a phone call to schedule an interview the following day. The phone interview consisted of very basic questions such as why was I interested in the position. Why was I considering leaving my current position. Why did I feel I was qualified for the position. I was also asked how I felt my negotiation skills were. The training process was then explained to me (3 months of intensive classwork). I was asked if I had any questions. Asked as many as I could think of all of which were answered. A face to face interview has been scheduled for next week.

Decent experience with the hiring managers. They asked a ton of questions and provided transparency on everything that was mentioned. It was a simple interview and I would recommend the company.
