Entrevista
Brief phone interview. In person testing to include personality assessment, multi-task online testing, typing test and role-play. If all of those are successful, you shadow a claims representative by listening in on calls while you fill out an observation sheet. If all is successful, you interview with the hiring manager. The whole experience lasted 6 1/2 hours.

Process was pretty straightforward, I applied online, within minutes I was sent an email for an assessment, within 24 hours I was able to schedule a phone interview. I was asked to come in for a final in person interview. I received an offer.

Entrevista
Process was very straightforward. I applied, and shortly after had the opportunity to take an assessment. Once those results came in a day or two later I was contacted to schedule a Webex interview. My interviewer was very nice and helpful and seemed genuinely engaged in my interview and getting to know me.
