Since I am abroad, interview was conducted by alum working at GE via Skype. Interview was very behavioural- why you want to work at GE, which field, etc. The interview lasted for about half an hour. Keep up to date on GE news. After the first interview, would have been a phone call with the department they want to place you with
1 appel téléphonique (Skype en français et en anglais), 1 assessment center (entretiens de groupe et entretien de personnalité pendant 1 journée dans les bureaux de Boulogne), résultats délivrés dans les 3 jours qui suivent l’assessment center

Behavioral for first round and super day, a lot of questions that are "why GE" specific since this is a competitive program and really trains you to know GE inside and out.

Process was easy. I was referred by a current employee which helped a lot. I wasn't sure if I wanted to work here but woman in HR was nice and thought it would be a good experience. Phone interview was most behavioral questions and reviewing my resume. A few technical questions about excel skills but other than that pretty simple. Was offered a job a few days later
