First interview was with HR specialist, you need to tell something about your projects and aspirations. Then, after 4 weeks of silence, you'll have a technical interview where they asking you simple questions without listening to the answer. Perfect.

I was contacted by HR after a friend referral. They set a date for an interview.
First interview was Technical on Hangout. Mostly basic CS + programming questions.
Second interview was HR on Hangout as well. Mostly personality questions.
Then I was emailed an offer
