Just posting this hoping that HR improves at this company. They publish many job postings but they don't ever reply to anything to accept or reject (I presume that if they don't want you they don't even bother to send rejections). Following up on several HR email accounts leads to complete radio silence. Overall unprofessional recruitment. I think if someone goes to the trouble of filling up a job application through their system they should at least take the time to send out rejections or reply when applicants ask for feedback.
