Terribly disorganized. Recruiter missed our scheduled phone interview. Apologized for missing it and took two days to get back to me with another time. Scheduled interview with Hiring manager. Hiring manager called me and I had no idea it was scheduled because Recruiter never told me. Recruiter rescheduled. I didn’t hear anything for over a month and was notified by their ATS I was not being considered. I was excited about the opportunity but was disappointed in the process. If I am treated this way during the candidate process, I have to wonder how well they treat employees.
