Submitted a CV and was immediately invited to a 'working interview'
This involved processing invoices unsupervised on an unfamiliar system for 3 hours. Was offered the position 2 hours after leaving the premises. After accepting the position it quickly transpired that as morale was so low and staff turnover so high, they would've employed anyone.

Was shown how to log into the systems and how to input invoices. Then left to it for 3 hours. Nobody checked if what I had done was correct.
