Met with the owner of this business, very fast and professional and was set up to shadow an employee the following day for 3 hours. Was not very impressed with lack of professionalism from the leader and other employee and the offer was not very clear as it was solely commission based - was given a paper showing the potential to be made in a week during training 6 days a week from 8-6p M-F and 9-5 on Sat and charity events on Sundays once in while - I realized the pay would be too low for me, but did see the long term potential if you worked hard enough and didn't have a family or other commitments outside of work.
