Three rounds of interview. Mostly around program and project management and work experience. There were two case based questions. Asked more about how I managed a team and the kind of work I did in previous analytical engagements. Overall an average experience.

Very unprofessional process !! Had my 2nd round with the COO and after that they scheduled another round after 3 weeks. At the time of the interview, got a call from HR that interview stands cancelled and we are looking at you for another role. Not sure why could not they decide this 3 weeks back. Then got couple of calls from HR on scheduling the next round but they never did.
While its a fundamental right of companies to accept or reject candidates, they need to learn to respect the person at the other end of the table.

First round was telephonic. It lasted for roughly an hour. Subsequent rounds were held on premise and were with multiple people form the recruiting team, would be peers, leaderships and HR

There were multiple rounds. First couple of rounds were mostly on past projects and case studies. There were also some questions around technical skills. One round on culture fit and people management skills. The final round was with the HR.
