I interviewed with 4 people in one day and was offered the job. Ask them questions and turn the interview around and make it to where you are interviewing them.

I had to go through four interviews. I interviewed with different head managers from different departments. They asked a lot of theoretical questions about dealing with difficult customers. They are really looking for people who can think into the future a lot.
