Entrevista
The first round was a phone screen with the recruiter. He was very nice and helpful and kept me prepared throughout the process. Second round was a zoom call with the hiring manager and a take-home SQL/Tableau/Data Analysis assessment. The third round was an hour long zoom call with the senior director of talent acquisition and it was horrible and had nothing to do with the job or my skills. It differed significantly from my previous interactions with the recruitment team and the hiring manager. The interview placed undue emphasis on topics unrelated to the role, such as my college choices as a teenager, what I did with my free time 10+ years ago in college, specific details about past managers from 5+ years ago. This shift in conversation detracted from a comprehensive discussion about my qualifications for the position, which was unexpected and counterproductive. Moreover, the interview included instances where I felt disrespected and talked down to. There was a notable incident where my response was met with a scoff and a very visible eye roll, which left me feeling discouraged and undervalued as a candidate. Others have posted similar experiences and I should have believed them. Stay away from this company if you're looking for any sort of respect or professionalism.
