Thanks for sharing the full account of your interview process at Forrester - I apologize you didn’t experience us at our best. I spent some time learning more about how your experience went sideways, and I’m sorry we dropped the ball. Due to some internal changes on our team, we sent you mixed messages without timely follow up. While I understand your frustration, I hope you’ll consider us for other opportunities in the future.
