My interview process was extensive and consisted of 4 parts. First was the phone screening, this was to get acquainted. Things such as job history were discussed and questions about my resume were asked. From there we scheduled the in-person interview. The in-person interview was professional and direct. Formosi reviewed my skillset and matched me to the position that best suited my qualifications. We discussed my mindset and future goals. The third interview was a day of observation, where I shadowed an existing employee and was shown exactly what selling is like with the company. Details such as what Formosi does and their 'why' were explained. In the final portion of the interview process we discussed any questions or concerns I may have had. As well as the structure of the position and numbers.
