I applied through the website. Recruiter emailed me for the interview. I had the phone interview with 2 managers. Both were very nice but at the end of the interview he was like "oh we're looking for more experience people with 20 years of experience". The internet is not even 20 years old. At that time i knew i wasn't going to hear back from them. As i predicted they never contacted me not even with a rejection letter. So unprofessional.

Simple and straight forward process. Questions were technical in nature, but also wanted to ensure you'll be a good culture fit. Understand the technology and be able to speak to the experience on your resume.
