The process was disorganized and weird. First chat with the recruiter went well and we agreed on a date and time with the hiring manager. However, I was double booked and after accepting the correct invite, I sent a mail to the recruiter to let them know of the double booking - they never responded or cancelled the wrong booking. Anyways, on the day of the interview, I logged on and waited for 18mins with no one showing up. I sent a mail to the recruiter and hiring manager, and the hiring manager responded and joined immediately apologizing for the mix up. Apparently, they thought the wrong booking was the correct one. The rest of the interview went well, except that they were off camera and I was on camera all through - it was a very uncomfortable and weird situation for me. After the interview, they said they were still interviewing other people and would let me know of their decision after the round. I never heard back from them!

Very professional and friendly. Excellent experience overall. It is very interesting to experience an interview where it seems more of a conversation than a rapid fire questions and answer. I foud them to be transparent and upfront regarding expectations.

I was asked to do several interviews. After each interview, there was a wait of several weeks. The phone interview was professional but all other interviews were strange. It seems like no one was prepared with questions. In one of the interviews I had to come up with questions to pass the time otherwise they just asked for me to explain my career journey. After all that it seems like they had decided to wait to hire for this role and may contact me in the future when they are ready to hire.

The interview went very well! Basic and technical questions about credit risk management. The interviewer at the end ask about my salary expectations and I was honest about it. She said that was fair for someone with my education, experience and knowledge and promised to get back to me within 24h about the salary. Well she didn’t. I was ghosted and she didn’t even reply back to my emails.

3 Interviews. An interview with a different person each time. Different questions each time. Hiring process is friendly and they provided all the information needed to leave me feeling informed. Left interviews feeling positive.

I arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointment. The interviewer arrived at the exact time and escorted me to the meeting room. We had an informal talk about my life in general and my work experiences. She was expressive of what is expected from me and gave me an indepth knowledge of the work life of Flexiti. My interview lasted for 20 minutes and at the end I was happy with the way we had our discussion.

Correcto desde el sector de RRHH. Pésimo trato durante la entrevista técnica. Preguntas cuestionables (dónde vivía, si tenía novia, hijos) por parte del jefe del sector al cual correspondía el puesto. No hubo preguntas técnicas.
