After you fill out the application (pretty basic), and determining that your availability meets the need, the assistant and or general manager will call you for an interview, after calling your references, you will be trained by a seasoned employee. This training is logged on a training sheet with multiple signatures.
It was very easy and they asked not to many question. It was a good interview process. And I got the job! I would recommend applying here. They mostly asked what is my availability and my background in work history

The interview was easy just be charismatic and be able to talk a little bit about your work experiences. You don't need to practice for this interview since there are no technical questions.

Quick and easy - I did a phone screen and then was invited in to speak further. Was offered the position quickly and was able to start quickly as well.
