Entrevista
Interview with GM, them DM, then home office phone interview. The training was stressful, as you have to stay in a hotel and work in a busy store and it's a tad bit overwhelming. Training lasts two weeks. Also, no drug test which I feels is really dumb. Easy interview. Just basically dinner conversation.
It was very relaxed. You can tell that the interviewer definitely read my resume and application. The questions were general retail, big box questions. She walked me through a day at Five Below and expressed her expectations. She explained that the company is going through a massive growth process and that there were plenty of opportunities for growth.
I had a second interview with the GM of the store that I may potentially be working at. She was very directed, she seemed organized and tasked driven.

You'll be interviewed by the DM then if he likes you right after that you'll interview with a store manager if he likes you then you'll have an interview either via telephone or in person with the RM. If you check out with all three they will call you within a few days and offer you the position.

Applied online, did an informal screening with the DM, then had a formal interview with the GM, another interview with the DM and HR. Very laid back and easy to talk to everyone. Easy process. They pay for your hotel if you need to train far away from home. A really great company to work for. Very fast paced.
