I visited the recruitment agency which hires for BPO's and spoke to a reference person present there
he tried setting me up with first source for SKY throught which he was successful in doing so, after going through and clearing a Voice and Accent round and being successful i further went through the next round in which i had to speak to the manager himself on the phone, and after clearing a few questions was qucikly selected to work for the organisation.
I had one online interview, it was very easy, asked me couple of competency questions and offered me the job soon. I don’t know the process now but they always used to hire many candidates

Group interview, then solo. Felt out of place at first but the company wanted to be upfront and maybe "weed out" people who weren't interested in the lower pay and work load. The solo interview was a series of questions that were about my past experience and how I would handle an irate customer.

Easy interview i had two interview 1 on camera and other over the phone. Pretty much the second interview went over ever. It was call a informative session where everything was went over and questions were being asked
