After a screening, I was invited for an in person interview. The interview seemed to go well and was pretty standard. I was informed that I’d hear back soon, so that was great. I followed up about 48 hours later to maybe get an exact timeframe. No response. I followed up about one week later to see if any progress was made. No response. Two weeks after THAT I emailed again, this time CCing someone else because maybe my contact left the company. No response. This is very poor practice, or extremely poor decision making. This was about two months ago, so I was left with a bitter opinion on the company and have no desire to ever work for or with them in the future.
