Concise, productive process. The biggest challenge was getting past the resume robots and getting an interview. The interview process consisted of an application, a few questions and a drug test. A straightforward process.
I was asked if I would work in any weather, be on time/have good attendance, and could lift up to 50 pounds on my own. Then I was asked 3 star format behavioral questions.
