Panel interview. Interviewed by Sr. Station Manager and hiring manager. They took turns asking me questions and wrote down my answers. Questions consisted of manager asking me questions such as "have you ever been in a stressful situation and if so, what was the situation, how did you solve it and what were the results."

"have you ever had to solve a problem and make more that one person satisfied? If so, what was the problem, how did you fix it and what was the outcome?"
I was asked if I would work in any weather, be on time/have good attendance, and could lift up to 50 pounds on my own. Then I was asked 3 star format behavioral questions.

Straight to the point and basic questions. Tell me about yourself? How do you handle a stressful situation? Can you deal with changing weather
Then the interviewer will conclude with a typical week of a courier
