Expect to dedicate three hours to initial interviews. I was immediately turned off by the rude HR generalist. I almost did not accept a second or third interview due to a lack of professionalism and respect for my time.

Canned questions that were pulled from the internet. Fastly was more interested in bolstering its credentials instead of learning about what I could bring to the role. The third person who interviewed me was distracted and rude. The company is not unique in its needs — but it positions itself that way.
