The process appeared very unorganized and almost as if they did not even know if they were planning on hiring anyone for the role to begin with. I was told to continually check back in with my point of contact who initially interviewed me and it seemed as if there were never any updates to give and like nobody knew what was going on.

Why I thought I was a good fit for the role, background, experience with specifics in the field, etc.
The first interview was behavioral and with a nontechnical member of the company. It is very pleasant and casual, they basically just want to get to know you and see the overall company fit.

Easy-going, very chill and personable. Quick turn around time and perfect environment to work at. The people in the office are the ideal co-workers anyone would want. Also, amazing work perks and discount on clothing
