I applied online. The process took two months. I heard back for the first round of interviews a month after applying, just a screener with the hiring team. I was quickly set up for an interview with another internal team member. There was about a week of radio silence before I was told I would have three more interviews with other team members. Scheduling each of these interviews took one to two weeks each, which dragged out the process. Each one asked the same, generic interview questions. After the last interview, I was told there would be another onsite interview. The initial recruiter told me their timelines had changed and they were holding off on scheduling this next interview and I would hear back later. I followed up twice, was told they were still working on scheduling, and after a third time asking I was told they would not be moving forward. Very frustrating and drawn out process, felt like I was being strung along.
