As usual, you must first get through a preliminary phone interview with HR, and then a phone interview with the hiring manager. There were general questions about my experience and how it relates to the new position.

I had a screening call with the recruiter. He loved my experience and was enthusiastic; said he'd get back to me after the long weekend and after speaking with the hiring manager. At that point, I was ghosted, possibly because I wouldn't relocate to Jacksonville. Environment sounded like it was chaotic to say the least, so bullet dodged I think. The offered pay was also laughably low.
