Interview is in two phases. First an introductory interview by zoom: questions about work ethic, sales knowledge, and customer service experience. Followed by an person interview, more focused on your resume and the specific position you're interviewing for and tour of shop. Rapid fire and almost confrontational interview. Rude and unhelpful, and didn’t feel like the interviewer was asking questions in good faith. Flaked on rescheduling and sent me a standard rejection letter. Unprofessional, and I would not have wanted to work for this individual even if I did get an offer, or even a full interview.
