Telephone interview: took 1 hour
-asked competency questions that had to be answered specifically from each piece of work experience on CV
-which 2 modules at University did you enjoy the most and why?
-describe the topic of your dissertation and the methods you used to carry out research?
-what is the difference between Investment Management and Investment Banking?
-if you were contacted by two clients, one typical client and one trial client at 5pm on a Friday with two very important tasks which would you prioritize and why?
-which aspects of finance are you most interested in?

3 Step process
Initial screening with HR
First in person interview with Senior Consultant which involved a round table discussion with other candidates and a presentation on your topic of choice. Third interview is a one on one with two senior consultants.

Invited to HR video interview after completing the online application and two online tests (numerical and financial)

Entrevista
First Step was a video interview, questions were pretty straightforward. The second step was an assessment centre day in their offices. Two technical tests, a microsoft excel test and a trial of their Fact Set platform (received tutorial on the day)
