laughable at best.... As long as you could pass their tests ( I was allowed to take the spelling test 4x'x and am sure if I did not pass I would be able to take it a 5th time), as long as you passed the background and drug test... you were hired. They wanted warm bodies for the mothers day rush... nothing more , nothing less.

They just wanted to make sure I could use a computer and have basic empathy for upset customers. It was a straightforward interview along with a “words per minute” basic typing measure.

Questions. Be ready to take a saliva drug test on your interview if you are offered a job!!! Keyboarding test prior tio being hired. It is who you know in this place
