Entrevista
First a call with HR and then an interview with two team members. The two people in the call did not coordinate the conversation well. Were mainly interested in technology specific questions rather than a more global view of the previous experience.

How do you approach gathering requirements from clients for an implementation project? Can you walk us through the typical stages of an implementation project, from initial planning to post-implementation support? What programming languages, tools, or technologies are you proficient in when it comes to customizing or integrating solutions?
Great process with FIS. Had an interview with the manager and received correspondence from HR in the following days regarding an offer. Everyone was professional and nice during the interview process.

Interview process consist of several phases. The first phase is with the HR/recruitment, the second phase is wirh the direct report/ line manager and the third phase are with the lead of treasury/risk specialist
