Entrevista
After submitting an application online, I was contacted a month later for an interview. The interview lasted about an hour during which I was asked some behavioral questions and competency questions.

"Can you give me a specific example of a time in which you were working in a team and found that a co-worker was struggling with a task? What was the solution?"
The interview consists of a lot of technical questions about 15c3-1 and 15c3-3 rules. It was two rounds with examination directors. I recommend studying on the rules and be prepared to a writing exam. They want someone with proper grasp of the English language.

Recruited at a job fair for an interview as a graduate student. Interview was not difficult, generally behavioral questions and an assessment of the role for which you were being interviewed.
Never heard back after follow-up with recruitment team.

Applied 4 times with management references. Finally got one interview. The same person interviewed me for the 2nd and 3rd round. Then I was ghosted. No notice about what happened. Of course, after a month I assumed I was not selected.
