Firstly, HR is really unorganized and is not up to par. -Received a phone call from HR to schedule an interview -Got an interview date 3 weeks later -Interviewed with 2 people, they said there are 3 stages of interviews -If hired, you get a mentor that will show you the ropes as well as training time -Work culture is mixed -The supervisory system appears to be very controlled, meaning they want you to have a specific mindset and way of doing things.
